PONY EAST ZONE SOFTBALL NATIONALS FACT SHEET

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

·       Must register team with PONY Baseball/Softball (have link for teams to register.)

·       No online rosters required

·       Entry fee due 45 days after tournament sign up

·       Tournament roster due by June 6. Email rosters to [email protected]

·       Players age is determined by her age on December 31, 2021

·       This is a stay to play event. Unless commuting teams must use tournament housing.

SCHEDULES

·       Schedules will be sent to teams two weeks before tournament

·       They will be posted on the tournament site and at Walnut Creek

HOTELS

·       TBA

·       This is a stay to play event. If teams choose not to use the PONY Travel group they will need to pay a $250.00 fee.

REFUND POLICY

·       Before June 15 teams get 100% registration.

·       Before June 22 teams get back 75% registration

·       Before June 29 teams get back 50% registration

·       Once tournament starts $100.00 for each game under the guarantee
